Large tasks that take several days depend on automatic resume after Instagram rate limits. Daily unfollow limits protect your Instagram account, so they stay capped on paid plans too.
Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no time limit. It has lower limits than the paid plans, including 100 free unfollows a month (the count resets on the 1st), shown in the table above. Exporting to CSV or JSON and downloading in original quality stay free.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. igbento works through your own logged-in Instagram session in your browser, and upgrading doesn't change that.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars, and payments are handled by Paddle. Yearly billing is 50% cheaper than paying monthly for twelve months. The discount is for life: once you subscribe, your price is locked in and won't go up, even when we add new features. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
What is the Lifetime plan?
A one-time payment that unlocks everything in Pro for good, including features we add later. There's no subscription and nothing renews. If you already have a subscription, cancel it on your Account page after buying so you aren't charged again. The 14-day refund for your first payment applies too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Account, choose Manage subscription and cancel there. Paid features stay on for the period you've already paid for.
Can I switch between Basic and Pro, or monthly and yearly?
Yes. Use Manage subscription on your Account page to change your plan or billing period.
What about refunds?
If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. We don't charge anything for refunds; only Paddle's platform fee (5% of the amount plus $0.50) is deducted. Renewals are generally not refundable. Refunds are issued by Paddle; see the Refund Policy for details.
What does Beta mean?
Beta features are still being tested. They can change or have rough edges, and they're included in the plans shown.
